Our typical processing time is 2-5 days before shipping. Depending on the selected shipping method you can expect your item from 3 - 14 days from order placement.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
There is no minimum order. Your customers may purchase as few as 1 item and we will create and ship it to them directly.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS?
Yes. As you increase the product quantity in an order the item price decreases.
I WANT A SPECIFIC BLANK PRODUCT. CAN YOU ADD IT?
Yes. We have access to thousands of blank products. Feel free to contact us and we will assist you.
CAN I UPLOAD ANY IMAGE I WANT FOR PRINTING?
We reserve the right to reject content that could be considered hate speech, or content that may infringe on intellectual property or copyright.
CAN I HIRE AN ARTIST TO CREATE MY ARTWORK?
Yes. We have in-house graphic artists that can assist for a fee. Your user account gives you access to the online design tool that contains editable templates, fonts, and premade artwork.
HOW DOES THE DESIGNER TOOL WORK?
With your user account dashboard you can open the designer tool and create artwork to decorate the products for sale within your store. The designer tool contains royalty free fonts, graphics, and templates. You may view a demo of the designer tool.
